21 year old Joshua Whittier celebrates Mardi Gras with friends and gets murdered. Ruled "accidental" to make matters worse. RNN NEWS has uncovered new information and evidence that should influence the Medical Examiner to revisit the ruling of accidental drowning in the death of Joshua Whittier on February 18th of this year on Navarre Beach. "Mardi Gras Murder?" will pre-empt BLUE LIGHTS on Saturday night, 6/23 at 10PM on Cox Cable channel 6 & Mediacom channel 38.
